Why is lamb one of my favorite animal proteins? Not only is lamb one of the best dietary sources of L-carnitine, a nutrient our bodies needs to generate ATP (energy), but it goes so well with two of my favorite medicinal herbs: garlic and rosemary. Bon appetit!
