Another awesome info packed video. I am highly allergic to vinegar- so fermented foods are not an option for me. Any suggestions?

Try Googling “natto ingredients” or “how to make natto” to find vinegar-free recipes. Other fermented foods can be made with whey or other non-vinegar ingredients – Sally Fallon has a great cookbook called Nourishing Traditions in which she lacto-fermentation process and provides several recipes free of vinegar.

The previous page described higher death rates for people who regularly consume red meat; this page includes buffalo, a red meat, as one of the 15 healthiest foods. Could it be that it’s the way animals are raised, grass-fed vs. CAFO, that’s the real issue?

I believe that grass-fed meats and dairy are much healthier than their conventionally produced counterparts.

Please check back next week when my new article about grass-fed meats and dairy will be featured on the HMDI homepage.
