    No nutriceuticals are needed to get these nutritional compounds. They can all be found in a healthy diet.

    I am inquiring about the proper amounts (g/mg) of supplementation to take referring to the awesome foursome – coenzyme Q10, L-carnatine, D-ribose, and mag. on 2 different scales. 1. Just for a average person living a moderately active life. And 2., for myself as a 42 year old (with no health issues) who is extremely active and looking to take the awesome foursome during my upcoming special forces training. Please keep in mind that during my month of SF training that my diet will not be an ideal diet, consisting mostly of MRE’s. Thank you very much. Shawn
