    Page 6 of this ebook finally has helped me to understand this eating process with the added benefit and real reason to not overeat. I have diabetes and doctors have tried for years to help me understand this. This has helped me the most to see how this works. Now if I can just break a lifetime habit of overeating. I’m not a pasta fan, especially cold, but at last I understand the need to eat moderately to control pain. Thank you.
