Blueberry Beet Bash

This recipe is a favorite of mine because it combines some really powerful ingredients:  antioxidant-packed, low-glycemic berries; beets, which are high in vitamin C, a good source of iron, and also contain vitamin A, calcium, sulfur and potassium; and ginger, an anti-inflammatory agent with natural blood-thinning abilities. Colorful, earthy, and rich, this juice will deliver many nutrients and leave you feeling invigorated!

Feed all items into the juicer. Stir and enjoy! Serves 1.
