Ever stop to measure your stress level? You may not know that you’re stressed (or how stressed you actually are) without taking a careful look at what’s been going on in your life.  It’s easy when you’re busy and your focus is on all of the tasks at hand or other people to dismiss or overlook your own stress.

Long-term stress can really take a toll on your body, though, and chronic stress can end up making you very ill or even shorten your life.

Take this quick stress test questionnaire to determine your own stress level, then visit our Stress and Stress relief section to find lots of articles on what stress really is and how to better manage yours.

If you have a mental disorder similar to paranoid schizophrenia, double your score to get a more accurate diagnosis.

    Hello reader,
The questions in the test are not the ones to prove my level of stress,
    – no self-respect leading to every wrong turn and getting stuck
    -husband and kids have autism
    -mom fighting cancer
-neighbourhood picking fights and gossiping, very immature also poor
    -youngest son heart-patient
    -husband drinks every night
    -sons in special schools
-my mom started a new family having 4 sons started when I was 5
-youngest son also almost deaf, has difficulty trying to learn to speak
    -have no friends
-me and my mom worked together, I’m out of a job because mom is sick
-my biological father was not very smart, gave me alcohol from the age of 9, got raped at the age of 11, he was the partying while it happened
-I feel my body is giving up, chest pain, upper back, shoulders, arms, neck and experiencing fever attacks almost every day now
    And I don’t care.. should I ?
