Unfortunately, there is no way out of this nasty situation. The reason being that the problem of root canals has no acceptable solutions (I was surprised that neither Dr Sinatra or the specialists mentioned in the article did not say a word). It is common knowledge that root canals are widely practised and that’s the rub, because root canals are perfect bacterial habitats you cannot do anything about. We may be careful about our mouth by following the instructions mentioned but how to get rid of the bacteria in the root canals? They must be laughing at our using baking soda, etc. Implants resolve the issue of root canals but they create a new problem.

L-Lysine is for the gum disease. Along with Calcium citrate, K2. Keeps teeth tight! Just learned this and was healed of 4 teeth trying to fall out one morning. Also make tooth paste of Coconut oil, ground Himalayan Salt, Baking Soda,Turmeric, Peppermint Oil, dash of Hydrogen Peroxide (is a solvent)

First of all I would like to say terrific blog!
I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing.

I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there.
I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first
10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
    Any ideas or hints? Cheers!

Is it ok to wash your feet after grounding? Or do you need to wait a few hours first?

    Hi Viv,

There is no need to wait to bathe after grounding. That has no affect on the grounding process.
