Light & Healthy Breakfasts: Part 1

By Stephen T. Sinatra, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.A.C.N., C.N.S., C.B.T.

It’s a good idea to eat breakfast to start your morning, however, I’m not a fan of a big, heavy breakfast. In this video I tell you about some of my favorite foods with which to start the morning off on a great foot. They include various organic berries, flaxseed muffins, chia seed, coconut oil, coconut milk, and kale (I also like organic eggs and steel-cut oatmeal, but do not demonstrate how to make them here).

Never fear, this eclectic group of ingredients is not to comprise one giant recipe. Through the three videos in this Breakfast Video Series – this one being the first – I show you how to use them in a trio of healthy, light breakfasts.
