    Dr Sinatra. I have been wanting to start the PAMM diet but find it very difficult to find books that have recipes in them.
    Do you have a recipe book of your own or can you recommend one?

    Hi Kent, Virtually all the recipes posted at HeartMDInstitute (https://heartmdinstitute.com/diet-nutrition/healthy-recipes/) and Vervana (https://vervana.com/category/recipes/) are PAMM-type recipes. The keys are: a moderate amount of lean protein, healthy plant fats like avocado, olive oil, and nuts, and lots of fresh fruits and veggies and legumes; whole foods, close to nature. Avoid sugar, white flour, ingredients you can’t pronounce or that are created in a lab and other processed foods. Hope this helps!
